In times of increasing division, astoundingly concentrated wealth and influence, and rampant dis-ease, we can see more than ever that everything good begins at home.  Owning a home is only the first part of the process of ushering this goodness into our lives.  The benefits of home ownership include economics (equity), socio-economics (family connectedness and the health and wellness indicators that accompany that), and emotional stability.  Once you own a home, you can manifest that which you desire for your family by creating a family mission statement.  Ours is "To model sovereignty, sustainability, and unity by living according to love."  With this mission, we can begin to look to the land and within our hearts, asking ourselves, what is here that we can provide for ourselves?  How can we thrive by decreasing our dependency on external systems and structures.  Have you thought deeply about the mission of your home and family?  What are you here to achieve, starting at home?  What are you creating that will provide a basis for your family and raise awareness for your community?  Dream big, my friend, for we've got to dream it to believe it, and we've got to believe it to see it!
